Echoes in Motion: A Dialogue of Gesture and Color is a collection of twelve new abstract works on paper, created through an intuitive process of layering, mark-making, and gestural expression. This series continues my exploration of movement, memory, and emotion—where each painting becomes a visual trace of energy and presence.
Using a mixed technique that blends bold strokes, delicate scribbles, and washes of color, I embrace spontaneity while allowing for moments of quiet tension. The interplay of these elements evokes a sense of fluidity and raw emotion, capturing fleeting thoughts and sensations. Inspired by the expressive dynamism of Joan Mitchell and the poetic mark-making of Cy Twombly, these works push the boundaries of abstraction, inviting the viewer to engage with the rhythm and depth within each composition.
This series reflects a personal and universal dialogue—between structure and chaos, control and surrender—where painting becomes both a physical act and a meditation on impermanence.
